Our Buddies have been trained by Hannah, our Primary Schools Worker from the Canterbury Christian Schools Work Trust. This training involved the children learning how to model their school values, how to be a good example and encourage others to do the right thing. The buddies explored what it means to have empathy and compassion to be able to help others in our school and learned how to make good/ wise decisions to deal with problems that they might find at school.
